4 trail/road miles through a foggy bog this morning. It’s finally feeling like summer! I got to run in my new running skirt. It’s super comfortable and great for hot weather :)

Just over 3.5 miles this morning on a new loop I discovered. It’s mostly paved trail, but I still like it better than the road. Plus, it includes a couple challenging uphills.

“Ran” the Rave Run 5k with a girlfriend last night. She’s not a runner so we walked about 90% of it. It was still a fun event though.
Ran 6 trail miles this morning at an easy pace. Then hiked around the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum with the ladies in my family as a sort of Mother’s Day celebration for my grandma.
Finished the afternoon in a pile of 4 week old golden retriever puppies! I was in puppy heaven.
Great day so far, but it’s time for a nap :)
