I see like a bajillion asks all the time for how to ‘get rid of’ a tummy pooch, or cellulite, or arm flab, or whatever else accompanied by an obviously well-meaning answer of ‘such and such exercise (like leg lifts, crunches, wall sits, deadlifts, whatever).’
you guys gotta understand, if your goal is to get rid of fat, then your only option, literally the ONLY thing that will work (without surgery or pills) is cardio and diet change. You CANNOT target fat loss. Meaning, I don’t care how many leg lifts and crunches and whatever you do, it will not get rid of your tummy pooch. Change your diet and increase your cardio.
If you want to add definition by increasing muscle, THAT is something you can pinpoint with exercises.
