Lunch yesterday: zucchini pasta with chopped tomato, kale, haricots verts, and red pepper tossed in olive oil + veggies and hummus + fruit.

Lunch today: vegetable keke (African dish with flatbread and grilled veggies tossed in spiced red sauce).

2.2 miles this morning. It was rainy. I was running slow. Fun was not had.

Lunch: that same black bean salad with sweet potato added this time + some globe grapes on the side.

Dinner: zucchini noodles, smashed avocado, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper…raw pasta? Also a piece of toast with peanut butter and grapes.

Dinner: zucchini noodles, fresh tomato, and tofu all sautéed in olive oil and Italian seasoning.

Lunch: same old “salad” (black beans, kale, tomato, avocado, and a little goddess dressing), fruit (pineapple, honey dew, and strawberries), and veggies (carrot, cucumber, tomato).

It was beautiful out today, so I decided to eat lunch outside :)

5 miles through the woods. I ran at a very easy pace and just enjoyed the scenery. It was mid-60’s and my body is probably in shock from the temperature change so I’m going to try and take this next week’s runs pretty slow.

Post run lunch: “salad” (black beans, tomatoes, avocado, red kale, and lemon juice) + smoothie (almond milk, strawberry, banana, and a little red kale).
