You can scratch number 10 off, I haven’t thrown up once yet.
I’ve seen this list way too many times.
But I’m gonna list the numbers that are true for me!
1 (well actually I rarely ever run just 3 miles…usually it’s, “You run 12 miles…at once?!”); 2; 3; 4; 5; 7; 8; 9? like does that mean track is the only other sport for you?
but not 10, I can’t even run a 5:30 pace while not throwing up!
